1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern enrolment in and participation in the Tads Flagship Mentorship Programme operated by Tads Education Private Limited or its affiliated entities.
By enrolling, the student and their parent or legal guardian agree to be bound by these Terms.
If the student is a minor, acceptance must be executed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Programme
2.1 The Programme is a structured, high intensity mentorship and academic development programme designed to support:
• Career discovery
• Profile building
• Skill development academies
• College applications strategy
• Academic skill enhancement
• Scholarship and interview preparation
2.2 The Programme is a mentorship service and not a guarantee based admissions service.
2.3 The Programme is advisory and developmental in nature. All execution, writing, research, projects and submissions are to be completed by the student.

3. Programme Cycle and Duration
3.1 The academic cycle for the Flagship Programme runs annually from 1 February to 31 March of the following year, irrespective of:
• Student’s school board
• Country of residence
• Date of joining
3.2 Students joining after February enter the ongoing cycle.
3.3 If a student joins mid cycle:
• The pace and scheduling may be adjusted
• The curriculum coverage remains identical
• No reduction in fee applies
• No extension beyond March is implied
3.4 The Programme does not operate on a prorated or monthly billing model.

4. Skill Development Academies
4.1 Each annual cycle includes two Skill Development Academies.
4.2 Selection of academies is subject to:
• Mentor availability
• Capacity constraints
• Programme sequencing
4.3 Any academy beyond the included two shall be billed separately at the prevailing rate.
4.4 Advanced or specialised academies, including research intensive programmes, may require separate enrolment even if not counted within the two included academies.
4.5 If a student fails to complete any Skill Development Academy within the applicable academic cycle due to personal reasons including but not limited to lack of time, academic workload, travel, health issues, competing commitments, delayed engagement, or voluntary withdrawal from sessions, Tads shall not be obligated to:
• Extend the academy beyond the academic cycle
• Carry forward the incomplete academy into the next academic cycle
• Provide replacement sessions in a subsequent year
• Offer financial credit, refund, or adjustment
Each academy is valid only within the academic cycle in which it is allocated. Non completion due to student related circumstances shall not create liability or continuing obligation on Tads in any subsequent cycle.

5. Non Transferability
5.1 Enrolment is strictly personal to the registered student.
5.2 The Programme cannot be transferred to:
• A sibling
• A friend
• Another academic year
• Another individual
5.3 No credit balance may be reassigned.

6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Fees must be paid as per the invoicing schedule provided at enrolment.
6.2 GST or other applicable taxes shall apply as per jurisdiction.
6.3 Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
6.4 Tads reserves the right to revise fees for future academic cycles.

7. No Refund Policy
7.1 All Programme fees are strictly non refundable.
7.2 Fees are also non refundable in cases including but not limited to:
• Change of academic plans
• Visa refusal
• Personal emergencies
• Dissatisfaction with pace
• Admission outcomes
• Voluntary withdrawal
• Failure to attend sessions
• Relocation
• Academic difficulty
7.3 No partial refunds shall be issued for unused sessions.
7.4 No refund shall be issued for late joining within a cycle.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
8.1 Admissions decisions are made solely by universities.
8.2 Scholarship awards are determined solely by awarding institutions.
8.3 Internship placements, research outcomes, and awards depend entirely on student performance.
8.4 Tads does not guarantee:
• Admission to any university
• Scholarship award
• Internship placement
• Research publication
• Competition results
• Improvement in grades
• Specific standardized test scores
8.5 Outcomes depend completely on:
• Student engagement
• Timely execution
• Intellectual effort
• Academic performance
• Personal discipline
• Adherence to mentor guidance

9. Academic Integrity
9.1 Tads operates strictly as a mentorship institution.
9.2 Tads does not:
• Write essays on behalf of students
• Fabricate extracurricular activities
• Falsify research
• Manipulate transcripts
• Draft fraudulent recommendation letters
• Arrange unethical internships
• Provide ghost writing services
9.3 All student submissions must reflect the student’s own work.
9.4 Tads reserves the right to terminate services if academic dishonesty is observed.

10. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
• Attend scheduled sessions
• Complete assigned work
• Maintain academic honesty
• Respond to mentors in a timely manner
• Respect session timelines
• Meet internal deadlines
Failure to do so may impact results without liability to Tads.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Tads shall not be liable for:
• University decisions
• Visa decisions
• Scholarship decisions
• Standardised test outcomes
• External economic or geopolitical factors
11.2 Liability, if any, shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant academic year.

12. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, documents, templates, processes, databases and materials provided by Tads remain its intellectual property.
Students may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit materials.

13. Termination
Tads may terminate enrolment for:
• Academic dishonesty
• Misconduct
• Non payment
• Harassment of staff
• Breach of these Terms
No refund shall apply upon termination.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan

15. Acceptance of Terms by Enrolment and Payment
By enrolling in the Programme and/or honouring any invoice issued by Tads, whether in full or in part, the student and their parent or legal guardian expressly acknowledge and agree that:
1. They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. They voluntarily agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.
3. Payment of any invoice shall constitute valid and binding acceptance of these Terms, irrespective of whether a separate physical or digital signature has been executed.
Failure to read these Terms shall not relieve the student or parent of any obligations contained herein.
