Refund Policy

Effective From: 03rd February 2022

At Tads, we operate a highly personalised, capacity restricted mentorship model. Each enrolment results in immediate allocation of mentor bandwidth, academic planning resources, infrastructure scheduling, and backend preparation.

For this reason, our programmes operate under a strict no refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

1. General Policy

All fees paid towards any Tads programme are strictly non refundable and non transferable under all circumstances.

Payment of any invoice confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.

No exceptions shall be made unless required by applicable law.

2. Rationale Behind the Policy

Upon enrolment:

• Dedicated mentors are allocated

• Academic calendars are structured

• Skill Development Academy seats are blocked

• Backend research, planning and tracking begins

• Internal strategy and profile mapping is initiated

These resources are committed immediately and cannot be resold or reassigned mid cycle.

3. Non Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued under any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

3.1 Change in Academic Plans

• Student decides not to apply abroad

• Student changes country preference

• Student changes stream or career path

• Student defers admissions

3.2 Admission Outcomes

• Rejection from any or all universities

• Scholarship denial

• Waitlist outcomes

• Deferral decisions

• Lower than expected offers

University decisions are independent and outside Tads’ control.

3.3 Visa or Regulatory Issues

• Visa refusal

• Immigration delays

• Travel restrictions

• Government policy changes

3.4 Personal Reasons

• Health issues

• Academic workload

• Family emergencies

• Relocation

• Lack of engagement

• Missed sessions

• Voluntary withdrawal

3.5 Late Joining

Students joining mid cycle are not eligible for prorated refunds.

3.6 Incomplete Participation

Failure to attend sessions, complete assignments, or fully utilise services does not qualify for refund.

3.7 Skill Development Academies

If a student fails to complete any included academy due to personal reasons:

• The academy will not be extended

• It will not carry forward to the next academic cycle

• No replacement academy will be granted

• No refund or credit shall be issued

4. No Carry Forward or Credit

Fees cannot be:

• Deferred to a future academic cycle

• Converted into credit

• Transferred to another student

• Transferred to a sibling

• Adjusted against other services

Each enrolment is specific to the academic cycle and registered student.

5. No Partial Refunds

There shall be:

• No refund for unused sessions

• No refund for partially completed programmes

• No refund if a student discontinues mid cycle

• No refund for perceived dissatisfaction

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after enrolling and participating in services constitutes a breach of agreement.

Tads reserves the right to:

• Suspend services immediately

• Recover legal costs

• Submit documentary evidence to the payment processor

• Initiate legal proceedings for recovery

Payment of invoice constitutes acknowledgment of this Refund Policy.

7. Exceptional Legal Compliance

If any jurisdiction mandates statutory refund rights, such refunds shall be limited strictly to the minimum required by law and shall not extend beyond statutory obligations.

8. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any Tads programme and honouring the invoice, the parent and student acknowledge that:

• They have read this Refund Policy

• They understand the strict no refund nature of the programme

• They voluntarily agree to these terms

Failure to read this policy does not exempt any party from its applicability.
