Mr Jain is the Founder of Tads – The Centre of Career Excellence, widely regarded as India’s most transformative career success company, and the Co-Founder of Teen Theory, the country’s first AI-driven after-school education brand redefining how students learn and build with technology.

An esteemed alumnus of Hansraj College, University of Delhi — India’s 3rd-ranked college, Mr Jain began his journey as a first-generation entrepreneur with an extraordinary belief: that with the right mentorship & resources, every student can build a world-class career.

In 2020, he founded Tads and, in just a few years, expanded its impact to 17+ countries, with 3 offices across India. Today, Tads stands as a benchmark in personalised education, hands-on profile building, and elite mentorship.

Over the years, Mr Jain has personally mentored 25,000+ students, shaping some of the strongest academic and professional journeys in the country. Hardik Bishnoi

Hardik has been mentoring Tads students for over half a decade and brings a rare blend of academic rigour and real-world industry experience to every session.

He is a pre-doctoral at the London School of Economics (LSE), holds a Master’s from Imperial College London, and has worked at Harvard University under Dr Amartya Sen, the renowned Indian economist and philosopher. He is also among a select group of international students to receive offers from four Ivy League universities, including Cornell, UPenn, Princeton, and Columbia. Over the past six years, Hardik has worked with J.P. Morgan Chase, Bain & Company, and in multiple consulting roles, translating top-tier industry thinking into practical, high-accountability mentorship that helps students build truly standout outcomes.
