Terms & Conditions – Tads Postgraduate Programmes
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrolment in and use of the postgraduate counselling and preparation programmes (“Programme(s)”) offered by Tads Career Services Pvt. Ltd. / Tads Education Pvt. Ltd. (“Tads”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any Programme and/or making any payment towards it, the student and/or parent/guardian/fee payer (“Student”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time.
1. Programme Description
1.1 Tads offers personalised postgraduate counselling and career-development programmes, including but not limited to:
• 1-Year Personal Counselling Programme
• 2/3-Year Personal Counselling Programme
• Personalised College Applications Consultation
• Entrepreneurship and Career Incubation Add-ons 
1.2 Detailed inclusions, deliverables, duration, and fee structures for each Programme are as described in the latest Tads brochures, proposals, and/or invoices issued to you at the time of enrolment.
1.3 Tads may update or refine Programme content, session plans, mentors, or teaching methods at its discretion, while maintaining overall value and learning outcomes.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment
2.1 Programme enrolment is open to undergraduate students, final-year students, and working professionals aspiring for postgraduate education, subject to Tads’ internal selection and capacity.
2.2 Tads reserves the right to accept or refuse any enrolment request at its sole discretion.
2.3 By enrolling, you confirm that:
• All information and documents you share with Tads are true, accurate, and complete.
• You are legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law.
• Where the fee payer is a parent/guardian or sponsor, such payer also agrees to these Terms.

3. Fees, Taxes & Payment Structure
3.1 Programme fees are as communicated in the official fee structure, emails, brochures, or invoices shared with you at the time of enrolment.
3.2 For Indian nationals, Programme fees are exclusive of GST, and applicable taxes (currently 18% GST) will be charged additionally, as per law. For certain non-Indian/Asian students, fees may be inclusive of taxes, as specifically mentioned in the fee communication.
3.3 All payments shall be made in the currency and to the bank accounts/payment links specified by Tads, within the timelines communicated in the invoice or payment plan.
3.4 Any bank charges, forex charges, or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the Student/fee payer.

4. Payment Plan & Non-Payment Clause (Suspension Without Refund)
4.1 At the time of enrolment, a fee structure and payment schedule (one-time payment or instalments) will be agreed upon between Tads and the Student/parent/client and mentioned in the invoice or written communication.
4.2 Strict Payment Obligation
You agree to honour the entire fee amount and payment schedule once the Programme is confirmed, irrespective of your subsequent change of plans, personal circumstances, academic decisions, or visa outcomes (except where a refund is expressly mandated under applicable law).
4.3 Delayed / Missed Payments – Suspension & No Refund (As Requested)
• If any instalment or part of the fees is not paid on or before the due date as per the agreed payment structure, Tads shall have the right to immediately suspend the Programme for the Student, including but not limited to:
• Suspension of all mentorship sessions
• Suspension of access to Tads’ resources, mentors, and support
• Suspension of work on essays, applications, and profile-building activities
• All fees paid up to the date of suspension shall be strictly non-refundable.
• Tads shall be under no obligation to resume the Programme unless all outstanding dues, late charges (if any), and any revised terms (if communicated) are fully cleared.
• Tads may, at its sole discretion, treat continued non-payment as deemed withdrawal from the Programme by the Student, without any refund of fees already paid and without prejudice to Tads’ right to recover any remaining agreed fees, to the extent permitted by law.
4.4 Tads may charge late payment penalties or interest, as notified from time to time, in compliance with applicable law.

5. Duration, Sessions & Student Responsibilities
5.1 Each Programme has a defined duration (e.g., 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year engagement, or a project-based consulting engagement). The duration runs from the official start date communicated by Tads, not from the date of each payment.
5.2 Sessions are typically scheduled by mutual convenience of the Student and assigned mentors. Frequent cancellations/rescheduling by the Student may lead to loss of that session slot or compression of the overall plan, without refund.
5.3 The Student is responsible for:
• Attending sessions on time and completing assignments/projects given by mentors.
• Sharing accurate academic and personal information for applications.
• Respecting timelines for drafts, documents, and college deadlines as advised by Tads.
5.4 If the Student is consistently unavailable, non-responsive, or fails to complete required work despite reminders, Tads shall not be responsible for any impact on application quality, outcomes, or missed deadlines.

6. Nature of Services & Outcome Disclaimer
6.1 Tads provides mentorship, strategy, and support for profile-building, applications, and career planning. We do not run or control any university, employer, scholarship body, or visa authority.
6.2 No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship, or Job
While Tads may share past success stories and outcomes for illustrative purposes, these are not guarantees of admission, scholarship award, visa approval, internship, job placement, or salary levels for any Student. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond Tads’ control, including but not limited to university decisions, competition, academic record, test scores, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
6.3 Tads’ obligation is to provide professional, good-faith services as per the Programme description; it does not guarantee any specific result.

7. Rescheduling, Deferrals & Transfers
7.1 Any request to pause, defer, or extend the Programme must be made in writing and is subject to Tads’ approval and capacity.
7.2 Tads is not obliged to approve deferrals or extensions. If approved, Tads may:
• Limit the extension period,
• Charge an additional fee for extended support, and/or
• Adjust the original Programme scope to align with the revised timeline.
7.3 Programme enrolments are generally non-transferable to another individual. Any exception shall be at Tads’ sole discretion and subject to written confirmation.

8. Refund Policy
8.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written policy or agreement, all fees paid to Tads are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Student’s voluntary withdrawal from the Programme
• Change of academic or career plans
• Non-appearance for sessions
• Admission to a different programme/university than originally targeted
• Personal, health, or family reasons, including relocation
8.2 Notwithstanding the above, Tads will comply with any mandatory refund obligations imposed by applicable Indian law, if and when they arise.
8.3 Any discretionary goodwill refund or credit, if granted, will be purely ex gratia and shall not create a precedent or binding obligation on Tads in future cases.

9. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
9.1 All content, templates, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, course material, and intellectual property provided by Tads or its mentors (“Tads Material”) remain the sole property of Tads and/or its licensors.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tads Material only for your personal learning and application process. You shall not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, or commercially exploit any Tads Material without prior written consent from Tads.
9.3 Any project, content, or work co-created with mentors (e.g., essays, reports, decks) may be retained in anonymised form by Tads for training, quality, or marketing (case study/testimonial) purposes, subject to reasonable privacy safeguards and your consent where legally required.

10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
10.1 Tads may collect, store, and process your personal data (including academic records, CV, essays, and sensitive information relevant to applications) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Programme, internal analysis, and improvement.
10.2 Tads will take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of digital communication.
10.3 Tads will not sell your personal data to third parties. Limited sharing may occur with:
• Mentors and experts working on your case,
• Service partners such as editing or tech tools, under confidentiality,
• Regulatory authorities, if required by law.

11. Code of Conduct
11.1 Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional behaviour towards all Tads staff, mentors, and other students.
11.2 Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unethical behaviour (including plagiarism, misrepresentation, or falsification of documents) may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the Programme without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to Tads.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tads shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of opportunity, income, scholarship, or employment;
• Any decisions made by external institutions (universities, embassies, employers, scholarship bodies).
12.2 Tads’ total aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or in connection with any Programme shall not exceed the total Programme fees actually paid by you to Tads for that Programme.

13. Amendments
13.1 Tads may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, policy, or services.
13.2 The version of the Terms applicable to you will be the one in force on the date of your enrolment or as subsequently agreed in writing. Updated Terms may be posted on the website and/or shared via email or other official communication channels.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
14.2 Subject to any mandatory dispute resolution provisions under applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Programme.
